The quiche is a very classic French recipe. I used to cook it at least once a week when I was in Paris.
Firstly because it is very easy and quick to make and secondly because the quiche works with almost any ingredient. So it is the perfect meal to use lost ingredients remaining in your fridge.
Today, I have chosen to make it with vegetables, because I have so many vegetarian friends, I thought it would be nice to make a recipe for them.
With a quick salade aside, it is a delicious healthy lunch or dinner.
Also, it is perfect to bring at work in a lunch box.
If you don’t have time to make the short pastry, just buy a frozen one (short or puff pastry sheets) and the preparation becomes even quicker.
